We provide general electrical drafting services, UL508A control panel design, PLC and HMI programming Services ( Multiple Vendors), Multiple MES data collection/connection methods to shop floor devices.
Control System Modernization
We support migration of older PLC systems such as Allen Bradley PLC 5 as well as older Siemens PLC systems across platfroms or into the latest versions offered by the original vendors.

RSI Automation develops electrical control system designs that support safe and reliable operation of industrial equipment. UL508A Control panel designs developed using AutoCAD Electrical. We also utilize SolidWorks and Eplan tools for design and devlopment.

RSI Automation has provided machine startup and commissioning support since 1996. We can support every stage of typical automation capital projects. About RSI Automation
RSI Automation was founded by Ben Cribb, an automation engineer with extensive experience designing, commissioning, and supporting complex industrial control systems. He is a 1996 graduate of the College of Engineering, Univeristy of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Throughout his career, Ben has worked with a wide range of industrial equipment and automation platforms across manufacturing, aerospace, and industrial process environments.
Ben’s approach focuses on delivering practical, reliable automation solutions that support long-term system performance and maintainability.
